How do I arrange for my item to be collected?
Please contact our booking agents at support@courierhub.com with your personal requirements and they will book in your courier request.
How do I pay?
If you have a one-time request or are looking for a regular courier service to deal with your business or personal requirements, we have payment methods to suit your needs. We accept bank to a bank transfers, credit card payments (2.5% card charge) or, for our long-term regular customers, we can offer (subject to credit check) a 30-day from the end of month credit on account.
How quickly can you collect my parcel?
Upon booking confirmation, we can arrange a vehicle to collect at a time convenient for you, in some cases we can even have a vehicle to you within the hour.
How do I know if my item has been delivered successfully?
From the time of the booking confirmation through to item delivery we can keep you updated with all the information every step of the way via email or by telephone conversation.
Is my package/item insured?
Your goods are covered in transit and company liability insurance which is there for your peace of mind.
What size of vehicles do you have?
We have multiple different vehicles in our fleet available for you. We have anything from a car or small van to larger sized vans and we can even provide an arctic lorry if required.
